Depth of history finds expression in this multidimensional timeline created
for a real estate property. It takes you through the decades revealing in imagery
and text the property's development in the context of historical events. Each
time period is represented by a multi-level collage with an elegant description
on a frosted glass panel.
This illuminated features display for South Beach, Miami is unique with its
cut-in logo illuminated with neon from behind. The side panels introduce the
amenities and community features in a playful, colorful manner consistant with
the rest of the leasing center graphics.
A part of the leasing center package for the Mirador (South Beach, Miami), we
created 4 cabana graphics. Interest is generated by the rainbow tinted photo
details on clear glass, zooming in & out from the center. The back panel is
a 4'x 4' lifestyle image. The colorful displays contrast the bright yellow walls
and attract attention immediately.
High-quality display for a hi-rise apartment building located in the DC Metro area.
It serves as an essential marketing tool aiming to introduce new visitors to the aparment
and community features. Driven by the motto, "A picture is worth a thousand
words," we used plenty of photos and less description.
Another multidimensional display for a real estate property. Located in Crystal
City, this property called for more elegance and less dynamics of the layers.
These back-lit digital displays for a real estate company presented a real challenge
to produce. In order to achive the desired brightness when illuminated, we had
to do a double pass print.
