Gallaudet University

We were excited to develop a whole new sign system for Gallaudet University. We started by designing a logo icon inspired by an architectural detail from one of the buildings. It was illuminated on the main feature signs and and less prominent on the secondary signs.

Gallaudet University, a premier learning institution for the hearing impaired, accomodates students and visitors from around the world. Working closely with the Administration, we developed an Identification and Wayfinding systems. The text size, high text to background contrast, and color-coded campus maps provide a stress-free experience for everyone.
